She has advised major operational, funding and expansion projects of both foreign and start-up corporations . Atty. King headed teams handling transactions involving listings with the Philippine Stock Exchange, which involve domestic initial public offerings of leading Philippine-registered companies. Her Native and Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Hokkien proved to be valuable in handling international clients.
Atty. King received her bachelor's degree in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law. She is a member of the Philipine bar.
